What a wonderful story this is! My little boy hasn’t put it down since it arrived, he is utterly enthralled by the rhyme, the characters, the storyline and the vibrant illustrations. We love the beautiful message that this story portrays too. The theme opened up lots of chat about our feelings, about being kind, showing empathy, different habitats and the importance of looking after our planet, and celebrating our differences. This is such a gorgeous book, and we hope there will be more from Steve!

This book is great!! The characters are wonderful and the message it provides is one we should all be discussing with our small people. It’s vibrant colours and fun illustrations kept my daughter engaged throughout. We really hope there will be more to come.

I actually bought two books: one for our home and another for my kids school library.
After reading the story to my kids (who are learning English in school), my wife – the reader, asked me why I only bought two, as it’s a very nice Christmas present to my nephews and other kids from friends. I guess I’ll have to do it 🙂

This book has a wonderful story and life lesson for children of all ages. It quickly fell into our bedtime routine and is my daughters new favorite book. We had to buy a second copy for Grandmas house! Illustrations are incredible. Definitely recommend!
